Public Officials & SRT Support: SRG Executive Director Elaine Paul Schaefer will give a presentation about how public officials are supporting the Schuylkill River Trail as a community resource. Special guests and Montgomery County Commissioners Dr. Valerie A. Arkoosh and Kenneth E. Lawrence Jr. will join the event so we can hear first hand about their connection to the trail. More About the Speaker Series: The Schuylkill River Greenways (SRG) Speaker Series is a lineup of virtual talks to keep the community informed about our organization and the work we are continuing, even in this very challenging crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused us to close our physical office for the foreseeable future but we are still here to serve the community and share our mission. The SRG Speaker Series will include presentations about the Schuylkill River Trail, the Schuylkill River and education about the watershed and heritage area.
