“River of Revolutions” Interpretive Center
Located in the Schuylkill River Greenways offices, this mini-museum features interactive exhibits, family-friendly displays, and educational videos that highlight the significant role the Schuylkill River region played throughout the American, Industrial, and Environmental Revolutions. In addition, free maps and brochures are available  to encourage visitors to take advantage of the many recreational and tourist opportunities throughout the Greenways’ five-county area. More info?

Take It Outdoors
As the official outfitter partner of the Schuylkill River Greenways, Take It Outdoors (TIO) supports the Greenways’ mission to get people out on the Schuylkill River and into her surroundings, enjoying and appreciating these tremendous recreational resources. TIO offers hourly and longer-term kayak, canoe, and gear rentals for do-it-yourselfers, shuttle services for folks with their own boats, as well as fully-supported guided trips for small and large groups, from beginner paddlers (as young as 6) to seasoned veterans. These trips range from a couple hours to day trips to multi-day, overnight camp-outs on selected sections of the Schuykill and beyond.
