Schuylkill County’s VISION and SRG have come together to develop the “Schuylkill Shares” Gleaning Project. It intends to retrieve produce from public and privately-owned local farms or gardens in order to provide fresh food options to residents in the Schuylkill County area.

The community can donate their extra produce this Saturday, Sept. 14,  from 10am to 2pm! Bring all contributions to the Bubeck Park Pavillion between Washington Street and Burn Street; any and all produce is appreciated. Donations will be taken to the Schuylkill Haven Food Pantry  to feed those in need. Contributors can also bring produce to the Pavilion on October 5th, 2019 between 3 PM and 6 PM.
