Ridgewood Farmstead & Winery is a Nationally Registered Historic Site and has been in some form of existence since 1725. The Lewis family first built the Ridgewood Farm in 1725. Later, the Dick family rebuilt the estate in 1811. The beautiful building and grounds are alongside the Schuylkill River and Trail. Since 2013, owners William and Tracy Smith have been producing award winning wines out of the charming location in Berks County.

The estate offers historic group tours of the buildings and grounds. The estate also has a private wine tasting service. This includes a private room, a personal bartender for tastings and bottle sales. Wine tastings for each guest’s choice of 8 available wines, and every guests gets to keep their commemorative tasting glass.
