Angstadt Lane Trailhead

Angstadt Lane trailhead is located near the intersection of I-176 and Rt. 724 in Cumru Township, Berks County. The trailhead is alongside a large PennDOT storage building. The parking lot and trail surface are crushed stone. There is occasional heavy truck traffic on Angstadt Lane. Please be careful crossing the road at this location and keep a close eye on children and pets. Parking is available for approximately 18 cars with no additional facilities at the trailhead or nearby.

This section of the Schuylkill River Trail is known as the Thun (pronounced Tune) Trail and is managed by the Schuylkill River Greenways NHA.
